Team/Individual Photos

We deliver a full service approach to our sports photography for all types of youth organizations including hockey, baseball, basketball, soccer and ringette plus dance and gymnastics groups just to name a few.

Tournaments

Hosting a tournament and want to offer action shots to the participating teams? We can offer full tournament coverage with on-site proofing and printing services, with action photos displayed on multiple LCD screens immediately following each game.

Panoramics

Panoramics are a premium product line, specially designed for each team. These panoramics come in a variety of layouts with great graphics and designs. It'a great way to promote your team to local sponsors.

F.A.Q

Your league administrator or head coach will have provided you with an order form.  If not or you need another copy, just contact us and we will send you one.

To place an order, either hand it in on Photo day to the the customer service staff at the shoot or email us.  Payment is required when you place an order. If paying by credit card DO NOT email the credit card information as email is not secure.  Call it into our office.

If your order is received after photo day, shipping charges will apply.

Absolutely,  Simply hand in all your order forms at once to our customer service staff at your photo session.

At the photo session you can pay by cash, credit, debit, or etransfer. Over the phone we can accept etransfer, or credit.

No problem, come anytime during your league's scheduled photo sessions. Let the customer service staff at the shouot know you couldn't make your team's scheduled time and that you just need the individual photo.

Unfortunately no, we work on a pre-pay basis.  However, all our work comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so if you are unhappy, you'll receive a re-shoot or a refund at your request.

We have a copyright policy to protect the images we take - similar to the policies used by movie makers, video producers and writers.  While you do purchase prints or products of your child's image, the original image remains the property of Country Nuts Photography.  The original images or print cannot be photocopied, scanned or reproduced without the company's written consent.

To obtain copyright release of an image for individual use you must purchase the high resolution digital image.

We typically keep our images on file forever.  The packages offered to you are available only in the school year they are taken in.  This allows parents the opportunity to order addition prints at the current great rates. Orders received after that are subject to new pricing and packages.

If your Not Satisfied with your image, please contact our office within 1-10 days of receiving your package. We will either refund your money or schedule a retake.
